Selling Digital Products and Courses is currently available in selected countries. If your country isn’t supported yet, you can still share free digital downloads with your audience.

How to add Digital Products and Courses to your Linktree
Ready to start sharing or selling your digital content? You’ll first need to add a Digital Product link to your Linktree.
Set up payments and payouts
To sell digital products, you’ll need to connect a Stripe account. Here’s how to set up your payouts:
Connect to Stripe – When setting up a Digital Product or Course, follow the prompts to log in or create your Stripe account.
Complete verification – Stripe may ask for business info and email verification.
Set your payout schedule – Choose daily, weekly or monthly payouts.
Start selling – Once verified, your sales earnings will be sent directly to your Stripe account.
Cash out – Stripe sends payouts to your bank account based on your chosen schedule.
Pricing and fees
You can set your own price between $1.00 and $10,000 USD (or local equivalent).

Stripe also applies a processing fee that varies by country (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per sale).

How customers buy your products
Visitors click your Digital Product or Course link on your Linktree.
They complete the purchase via Stripe’s secure checkout.
After payment, they instantly receive access to download the file(s).
A purchase receipt is emailed to them automatically.
Managing refunds and disputes
When you sell a digital product through your Linktree, you are the seller of record and a contract is made directly between you and the customer. This means that you are responsible for compliance with applicable laws (including tax and consumer laws) and for handling disputes and refunds.
Handling common issues:
Refunds: Issue them through your Stripe Dashboard.
Chargebacks: Stripe will notify you. You can respond with evidence.
Taxes: You're responsible for collecting and reporting taxes in your region. Consult a tax advisor if needed.

Track your earnings
To view and manage transactions:
Go to Earnings in the Earn tab of your Linktree admin.
Click Direct to see your sales history.
Select a transaction to view the receipt or issue a refund.

How fast will I get paid?
Funds are available in Stripe immediately after a purchase. Your payout depends on your Stripe schedule.
How long does Stripe verification take?
Anywhere from a few minutes to a few days. Stripe might request more info.
Can I change my payout schedule?

How do I make sure I’m looking at the correct Stripe account?
When you connect Stripe to Linktree, we create a new Stripe account for your Linktree store. If you’ve used Stripe before, you might accidentally view your old account instead of the new one. To switch:
Log into Stripe Dashboard.
Click the account dropdown in the top-left corner.
Select the account with your Linktree name in it.
Troubleshooting: Stripe verification issues
Still seeing "Verification Pending" in your Linktree admin?
Check for these common causes:
You haven’t completed all steps in Stripe (like uploading ID or business details).
Stripe is still reviewing your account.
You're logged into the wrong Stripe account.
How to switch to the correct account:
Log into the Stripe Dashboard.
Click the account dropdown (top-left).
Select the account with your Linktree store name on it.
